    EmpowerHome is seeking a skilled Mass Media Administrator to assist the Director of Lead Generation with coordinating and executing media buying activities across various channels to ensure effective advertising campaigns. As a mass media admin, you will be required to gather, analyze and interpret market analytics & results, be involved in the process of determining the optimal medium and placement for marketing campaigns, and maintain a relationship with local media contacts across our locations to ensure our advertising space and media slots get maximum reach within budget. In this role, you should be an effective customer service-oriented communicator, critical thinker with a keen ability to interpret analytics, a highly detailed project manager, and able to establish trust & build rapport with clients and media professionals.     Compensation:

    • Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 plus the potential for unlocking a bonus structure after 90 days

    Compensation:

    $50,000 - $55,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the Director of Lead Gen to develop media buying strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Research and analyze media options, including television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms, to determine the most cost-effective placements.
    • Maintain relationships with media vendors and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Gather market research to analyze demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns for our target audience and campaign requirements.
    • Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI on a monthly basis.
    • Building and maintaining a relationship with our network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks.
    • Writing, proofreading, and editing advertising material before launching campaigns.
    • Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of new campaigns.
    • Inspect proof of delivery of ads in accordance with the contract schedule.
    • Leading the charge in copy rotation every 4-6 weeks for all campaigns, including gathering & writing success stories & testimonials.
    • Create ROI reports for all mass media dollars spent and present to Director of Lead Generation once a month with campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Ensure landing pages match the message that is being broadcast across all markets.
    • Test all phone numbers and landing pages regularly. Coordinate with respective department heads when errors arise to resolve issues with a high sense of urgency.
    • Research and make recommendations on local celebrities to endorse the company in all markets.
    • Arrange regular meetings with endorsers in all markets (at least once a quarter).
    • Ensure all pictures, videos & recordings with endorsers are on social media and websites, and updated regularly.
    • Listen to stations to track competition and make sure we are staying ahead of competitive messaging.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
    • Minimum of three years of experience working with multiple media channels such as internet, radio, periodicals, billboards, public transportation, social media, etc.
    • Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, and Google Analytics.
    • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager, CRMs and marketing tools.
    • Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage budgets.
    • The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and networking abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
