What you'll be doing with us:
- Technical responsibility for a entrusted portfolio of buildings
- Planning and implementation of maintenance and modernization measures in close coordination with the commercial property management
- Coordination of all parties involved in construction
- Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
- Communication with service companies, authorities and tenants
What we expect from you to start together:
- Completed technical studies in the field of construction (civil engineering, architecture) or completion as a technician / construction technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in planning and managing construction projects in existing buildings
- Ideally, experience in the housing industry
- Reliable and communicative personality
- Ideally, experience with MS Office & SAP knowledge
