- Sort and log all incoming claims on a daily basis
- Maintain the A&H Claims mailbox and database
- Handle claim inquiries promptly and courteously
- Analyze Program Claim referrals and engage with partners as needed
- Organize Program File receivables efficiently
- Assist in claims reporting and audits
- Manage workflow effectively
- Identify and suggest ways to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Keep management informed of activities and escalate issues as necessary
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Passionate about company success
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Administrative support experience is a plus
- Prior A&H insurance experience preferred
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and databases

Job Description
Crum & Forster's Accident & Health division (A&H) offers a diverse range of insurance and reinsurance products nationwide. We prioritize product innovation, creative distribution methods, and exceptional client service. Compensation for the advertised position typically ranges from $25,700.00 to $58,000.00 annually, with additional opportunities for equity-based compensation.
