pPlease note that this is a seasonal position and will start in April 2026.Purpose Of Position
To oversee the Seward station,
dock and related onboard service activities relating to Passenger Operations which includes supervising baggage handlers,tour guides,and station agents connections with cruise lines,the passenger handling process,customer inquiries and complaints,and tour component services.
- Provides special handling and oversight on a daily basis of all arrivals and departures of passenger trains that connect with cruise lines.
- Ensures that: the guests and their baggage are handled properly; passengers are directed and boarded safely; passenger manifests are issued/questions answered/guests treated in a courteous/diplomatic manner.
