Job summary

A Law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Coodinate and administer leave programs in partnership with Benefits and Payroll teams
  • Support professional staff performance management and retention initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and post-onboarding follow-up discussions
  • Collaborate with Office Managers to maintain consistency across offices
  • Draft update and maintain professional staff job descriptions
