Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Optimization: Maximize patient visits by keeping our appointment schedule highly productive.

Treatment Coordination: Present financial arrangements and ensure understanding of advanced and holistic dentistry methods.

Patient Follow-up: Enhance patient retention by following protocols for effective patient follow-up, especially for those needing treatment.

Lead Morning Huddles: Conduct daily meetings to review the schedule and office agenda.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of dental treatment planning experience
Exceptional customer service skills to provide 5star patient experiences.
Experience collaborating with marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Proficient in using Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing sales performance.
Alignment with our holistic dental care philosophy, focusing on optimum health.
