Job Summary


Responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast and evening reception, greeting each guest and ensuring guests are satisfied.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar/ reception bar in an attractive, standardized and fulllooking manner. Keep area organized and clean, and replenish depleted items
  • Take inventory of food and beverage and supplies needed for each day. Order or purchase food supplies.
  • Prepare various food items as needed.
  • Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products.
  • Clear and clean vacated tables.
  • Wash equipment and return it to storage. Return reusable food to storage.
  • Respond to all guest requests for additional breakfast items, hotel information, directions, and any other assistance.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Abilities Required

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English. Selfstarting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitchin" and help co
- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 50 lbs., on a continuous schedule.
