Our office is a state-of-the-art general practice offering high-tech laser cosmetic and surgical procedures. We are a quality, family-oriented private practice with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. (No high-volume managed care or Medicaid.) Our goal is to provide patients with comfortable, safe, painless, high-quality dentistry.

We are currently seeking more team members to join our growing practice.

As a full-time, friendly, and dedicated front desk receptionist/ coordinator, you will be one of the three front office staff, playing a crucial role in our practice.

We want someone comfortable and confident in communication with patients. More importantly, we want someone we can count on to build long-lasting relationships with our patients.

Those with a background in dental assisting and dental hygiene who enjoy the business side of dentistry are encouraged to apply.

We prefer at least one year of dental front office experience.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who seeks a stable and safe dental career in a supportive and collaborative work environment.


Our office has multiple enhanced automated technological tools that allow for much easier duties, such as Full Electronic Patient Registration, Communication, Check-in, Temperature Check, and Digital Billing/Insurance/Payment auto-posting system.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls
  • Greet patients
  • Schedule both first times and followup appointments and confirm appointments
  • Update electronic patient records
  • Verify Insurance
  • Input treatment plans from the doctor and collect the payments
  • Process payments and more

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
