We are convinced that the strength of our community is our key to success. That's why we are looking for a dedicated community manager who acts as a link - both online and offline. Your task will be to integrate and implement the wishes and needs of our community into our team.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining community engagement by responding to comments and messages on all social media channels
- Creating community campaigns (e.g. surveys or contests) on social media
- Organizing events to engage the community (e.g. community events and pop-up stores)
- Gathering feedback from the community and deriving appropriate measures
- Close collaboration with customer support and product design to continuously optimize the customer experience
- Writing target group-specific texts and text modules for corporate communication on various channels (social media, webshop, email).
