Since 2014, we have been developing sports and lifestyle products that connect people with a passion for motorcycle riding.

We are convinced that the strength of our community is our key to success. That's why we are looking for a dedicated community manager who acts as a link - both online and offline. Your task will be to integrate and implement the wishes and needs of our community into our team.

Your tasks:

  • Maintaining community engagement by responding to comments and messages on all social media channels
  • Creating community campaigns (e.g. surveys or contests) on social media
  • Organizing events to engage the community (e.g. community events and pop-up stores)
  • Gathering feedback from the community and deriving appropriate measures
  • Close collaboration with customer support and product design to continuously optimize the customer experience
  • Writing target group-specific texts and text modules for corporate communication on various channels (social media, webshop, email).
