YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) for our location in Ware Place, SC.

You will gradually take on responsibility for all strategic and operational activities to ensure and improve system, process, and product quality.

Your future area of responsibility will include the following tasks:

Continuous improvement of internal quality management processes and coordination of these processes with external service providers
Coordination and organization of handling customer complaints related to our own production and production processes at external service providers, using methods such as FMEA and 8D reports
Organization of audits according to IATF 16 949, DIN ISO 50 001, and DIN ISO Ensuring compliance with regulations in daytoday operations to continuously develop the organization
Advising the management on all qualityrelated issues
Planning, conducting, and tracking internal and external audits
Managing a department of approximately 70 employees (including final inspection)

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on production technology or metallurgy
Several years of professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry, solid knowledge of modern quality methods and systems
First experience in personnel management
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Good communication skills, strong understanding of quality, customer and solutionoriented
Aspiration to contribute to the company's success through quality management
