Job Summary:


As a Blue Signal Recruiting Manager, you play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing a team of recruiters while actively managing your desk to achieve recruitment goals.

Balancing individual recruitment efforts with team management responsibilities, this position demands practical time management skills.

Embodying our core values, you will coach, manage, and ensure high performance from your team, dedicating minimum of 5 hours a week for 1 person hours for each additional person on your team.

Between the team leadership and desk management, expectations are to exceed over 40 working hours per week.


Responsibilities:


Team Management:


  • Champion the adoption of Blue Signal Search's core values (Helping Others, Doing the Right Thing, and Being Excellent) within the team while guiding and mentoring recruiters.
  • Drive EOS framework adoption and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and principles.
  • Analyze and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the team, ensuring a positive financial trajectory.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to share updates, strategies, and best practices, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Consistently attend Manager's Meeting weekly, ensuring that all relevant information is dispersed in a timely manner to the team.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, leading weekly 1:1s and spending dedicated time monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing team performance.
  • Conduct weekly 1on1's with Sales Leadership to foster open communication, align team goals with broader organizational objectives, and proactively address challenges or opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews with team members.
  • Ensure team members provide accurate and timely closetoclose and forecasting numbers on a weekly basis.
  • Identify performance gaps and ensure team members are getting proper training and support
  • Proactively stay informed about the latest advancements in the company's chosen recruitment technologies and tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization by the team.
  • Identifying and mentoring leadership potential with team.
  • Attend Monthly Leadership Trainings led by CCO.
  • Provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and guidance to team members aspiring to become managers.
  • Attend annual management retreat and company summit.

Desk Management:


  • Strategize and execute effective recruitment campaigns in collaboration with team members, ensuring a streamlined hiring process adhering to EOS methodologies.

Performance Management:


  • Monitor individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and identify areas for improvement in alignment with EOS principles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights and recommendations for optimizing team performance and efficiency, integrating EOS methodologies.

Understanding and Communicating BSS Compensation Plan:

  • Master and effectively communicate the Blue Signal Search compensation plans to the team, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment with recruitment efforts.
  • Provide guidance and clarification to team members regarding the compensation plan's intricacies, motivating them to align their efforts with organizational goals.

Skill Set:


  • 7+ Recruiting experience required. 3+ years of managing a team is preferred. Agency experience a must.
  • Strong desire to succeed and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident negotiation skills and innate ability to meet and build rappor
