We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to lead the successful completion of our field service projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, along with the ability to coordinate and manage various aspects of project execution, from inception to completion. This role requires an individual capable of maintaining strong communication between all parties involved, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and implement approved action plans, setting clear goals for project completion.
  
• Operations Coordination: Act as a secondary point of contact for all operational activities, facilitating smooth communication and coordination between involved parties.
  
• Procurement: Ensure timely ordering of long lead items through purchasing, managing supplier evaluations and contracts.
  
• Reporting: Document and communicate project status, obstacles, and resolutions to management and stakeholders.
  
• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively determining priorities.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with all levels of management and stakeholders, maintaining respectful and productive interactions.
  
• Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, with a background in business process management, purchasing, and supplier evaluation.
  
• Certification: PMP certification and training are a plus.
  
• Leadership: Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong leadership skills.
  
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
  
• Work Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
