    Administrative Assistant

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant for our client in Folsom, CA. This position is an entry position into the company and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition for new and existing customers. This position is temp to hire with upward opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with the Renewal and Customer Service departments during insurance policy renewals.
    • Assist the Sales and Customer Service departments with onboarding new clients.
    • Updating our internal software with accurate information.
    • Utilize data entry and logical problem-solving skills to fix issues and ensure completeness and accuracy.
    Requirements
    • Highly detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately.
    • Strong data entry skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
    • MS Office experience.
    • Customer Service skills.
