In 2021, UCAMBIO acquired over 30 locations of Western Union International Bank throughout Germany and focuses on cash transfers and currency exchange.

To ensure future success, we are looking to open more locations and adapt our available products and services.


We are currently seeking a Front Line Associate (m/f/d) for our continued growth in:
Hagen, part-time (Elberfelder Straße)


Responsibilities:

  • Providing highquality customer advice and support in the branch
  • Conducting money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handling administrative tasks related to our products
  • Performing necessary control functions during daily operations (cash handling, security)
  • Reporting to the regional and branch managers
  • Adhering to internal bank policies and relevant integrity and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a counter or cash register
  • Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or other languages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Flexibility
