Team Leader Project Development - WIND / HYBRID SOLAR PROJECTS in Atchison, KS
My client is looking for a Team Leader of Project Development (m/f) in Berlin.

As the Team Leader of Project Development, you will be responsible for overseeing projects in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, and Saxony-Anhalt.

At my client, business development involves initiating and closing deals, monitoring the transition of our portfolios through the approval phase, managing relationships and portfolios with joint development partners, and preparing projects for procurement, construction, financing, and/or sale.

Due to our rapid growth and the scope of our project pipeline in development, my client is seeking a Team Leader of Project Development to strengthen our fast-growing team and support the company's mission by advancing our project pipeline in Germany.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and executing various workflows related to due diligence, development, and implementation of wind, solar, and battery projects in Germany.
Become an expert in wind, solar, and battery projects within the team and bring the necessary expertise to support our BD and M&A teams and be a reliable point of contact for our local development partners.
Collaborating with other functions, development partners, external consultants, and equipment suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Identifying and managing project sites and the appropriate external experts when needed for key due diligence, design, engineering, or other technical activities.
