Responsibilities:
- Greet phone callers with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Provide order status and quotes to repeat customers
- Enter orders in our accounting system
- Follow up on past due invoices
- Scan and save customer documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
