**Young Adult Services (YAS)

• Transitional Living House (Willimantic)**Young Adult Services Program provides a diverse array of services including clinical, case management, vocational, recreational, transitional living and housing services for young adults, ages 1825, who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of communitybased support services in the Willimantic area. This position will provide individual support and group counseling in a transitional living setting.

Community Living Counselor Minimum Requirements _
1st and 2nd shift_
:Associate's degree in human services field, plus two years relevant experience required or Bachelor's degree in relevant human services field.**

1st Shift:

• Monday 7:00 am 3:30 pm

2nd shift:

• Full

Sunday

• Thursday, 12:30 pm 9:00 pm:

• Part Time, 16hours/week

• **Friday & Saturday, 12:30 pm
• 9:00 pm**:

Minimum Requirements 3rd shift:
High school diploma/equivalent plus four years of appropriate experience requires.

Salary Range for Community Living Counselor:$ $20.98 per hour depending on experience.


Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency:
$19.48- $22.04 per hour depending on experience.
