    Description
    HVAC Service Scheduler Heating and Air Conditioning Company located in the Santa Ynez Valley servicing the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Lompoc and Santa Ynez Valley for over 35 years. We are looking for a TEAM Player who is experienced, personable and likes a challenge. The Service dept Duties include, but not limited to the following:
    • Active supervision of service technicians
    • Scheduling and tracking of technicians daily – Using Field Edge Software
    • Manage our maintenance program
    • Daily/Weekly billing – working with Quickbook a plus
    • Ensure the quality of our technical service

    Ideal Candidate:
    • Experience with FieldEdge Software a Plus - Telephone-Switchboard, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quickbooks applications are desired but not necessary for the right candidate
    • Teachable, reliable, organized, dependable, trustworthy and independent
    • Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
    • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and able to work in fast paced environment.
    • Must work well with our team as well as self-directed and self-motivated.
