KS240- Digital Transformation Consultant (m/f/d) for Organizational and IT Projects in Essen, Frankfurt am Main, and Cologne Part-time / Full-time


Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing digital customer, production, logistics, and service processes and building digital competence within our clients' organizations
  • Supporting digitalization and IT project management as well as the digital transformation of our clients
  • Developing digital platform strategies and solutions that drive initiatives to technologize various business processes with the goal of increasing efficiency
  • Selecting and implementing proven and tailored project management methods, software, and tools
  • Gathering, analyzing, specifying, and evaluating digitalization requirements
  • Managing traditional and agile measures (e.g. Scrum) according to project plan
  • Ensuring timely, costeffective, and highquality implementation of work packages
  • Coordinating all project interfaces and ensuring digitalization success through continuous involvement of all stakeholders
  • Assisting project managers with tasks in project controlling, documentation management, and reporting

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or business studies
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in digitalization initiatives and IT project management or as a digital/IT consultant, ideally in technically oriented B2B organizations
  • Solid knowledge of digitalization and IT industries, Industry 4.0, and experience with complex IT system landscapes
  • Knowledge of process modeling and documentation of requirements and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility in project execution and change management
