Job Summary:

Pay Rate:

$14.00/hour

Required Qualifications:

Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Must be able to work at minimum, two consecutive semesters
Willing to work one weekend day
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Ability to quickly learn new skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to provide great customer service
Ability to create insightful and concise documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, including retail or call center environment
Previous Information Technology experience
Strong research skills
Strong organizational skills
Willing to work 4 consecutive semesters or more
Willing to work over the summer break
Willing to work nights

Work Hours:

7:30am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
10:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday - Sunday
