TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for CMM Operator in Mossville, IL.

Site Supervisor/Site Leads
CMM Operator Responsibilities:
(To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship & Business Development:
The Fixed-type CMM Operator participates in the site inspection function by measuring customer parts with a coordinate measuring machine. The Fixed-type CMM Operator uses proper set up and inspection techniques, and operates the equipment, accurately, and efficiently.
Operations:
- Administer previously created inspectionpath programs
- Set up fixture or holding device to properly support the part being inspected
- Insure part inspection programs are consistent with part number and revision level
- Verify the inspection equipment is suitable, calibrated and operational as required
- Operate fixedtype coordinate measuring machine
- Determine part conformance to customer's engineering drawing by measurement inspection
- Edit partinspection programs under programmer supervision
- Document and report nonconforming material as required
- Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Technical:
- Expertlevel proficiency operating fixedtype coordinate measuring machines
- Expertlevel proficiency measuring parts using previously prepared inspection programs, written with PC-DMIS operating systems or equivalent
- Expertlevel proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings (blueprints)
- Intermediatelevel proficiency interpreting geometric dimensioning & tolerancing standards
- Intermediatelevel proficiency navigating MS Windows and computer networks
- Intermediatelevel proficiency in applied mathematics algebra, geometry and trig
- Demonstrated comfort level interfacing with staff and management, while working in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated organizational
- Demonstrated job diligence and attention to detail

- Proficiency in English

Work Experience
- Previous work experience in qualityinspection is preferred
Education Background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate
