Parts ASAP is looking to add 2 Support Analysts to our awesome team in Desoto, IA. Sound like something you'd be good at?

The Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The IT Support Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of user satisfaction and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

What will I do?

Respond to user inquiries and provides technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Collaborate with users to identify and understand technical problems and provides effective solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and user requests in the ticketing system.
Create user guides and documentation to facilitate self-help and user education.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively addresses potential issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

What's expected of me?

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years' proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
