    We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will be involved in high-stakes litigation matters in the fields of commercial, civil, banking, financial services, real estate, intellectual property, land use and zoning (These are our scopes of practice).

    This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and complex litigation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

    Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial, civil, banking, financial services, real estate, intellectual property, land use, and zoning.

    Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics and synthesize the information for team members.
    Collaborate with team members to devise the best litigation strategies.
    Participate in business development activities including legal presentations, writing articles, and attending networking events.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that impact the firm's clients.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on litigation, specifically in the areas of commercial, civil, banking, financial services, real estate, intellectual property, land use, and zoning.

    Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from start to finish.
    Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
