- Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial, civil, banking, financial services, real estate, intellectual property, land use, and zoning.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics and synthesize the information for team members.
- Collaborate with team members to devise the best litigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide them with clear and concise advice and recommendations.
- Regularly communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Work on multiple cases concurrently, managing deadlines efficiently.
- Participate in business development activities including legal presentations, writing articles, and attending networking events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that impact the firm's clients
- Admitted to practice in the state.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on litigation, specifically in the areas of commercial, civil, banking, financial services, real estate, intellectual property, land use, and zoning.
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from start to finish.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
