Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) for Event Agency
Based in Chino Hills, CA

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) to join our accounting team in full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week).

This position also offers the possibility of permanent home office.


Your responsibilities:


  • Complete processing of accounts receivable transactions
  • Integration into the operational business and active customer care
  • Independent recording, verification, and processing of domestic and foreign accounts receivable
  • General maintenance, clarification, and reconciliation of accounts receivable
  • Collection management

What we expect:


  • Commercial education
  • Basic knowledge of VAT law (advantageous: knowledge of the reverse charge procedure and TOMS Tour Operating Margin Scheme)
  • Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting
  • Teamwork and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Adobe pdf
  • Structured work style with selfresponsibility and selforganization
