With our high school program, you will be prepared for a leadership position at PENNY within 3 years - without a college degree.

After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will continue with a further education program to become a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.

You will manage the flow of goods in the store as well as inventory and control.

You will assist and support our customers in the store.

You will work in a strong team and gain first experiences in leading employees.
