Your responsibilities:
Complete a 24-month training program and obtain the IHK-certified qualification as a "Retail Sales Manager"
Attend the theory phase at the renowned Retail Education Center (BZE), which will prepare you for a successful start as a junior manager
Gain deep insights into leadership-related topics during your practical phase at the BAUHAUS retail center, which will prepare you perfectly for your career as a junior manager
Gain new perspectives and expand your knowledge in areas such as personnel management, controlling, team leadership, and sales
