Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000


What We Expect:


  • Lead by example, championing Griswold's mission to staff, caregivers, clients, and the community.
  • Mentor and develop office staff, staying uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and nurture leads through various channels, including digital platforms and facetoface interactions.
  • Educate clients and families, and local community groups on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for new clients, engaging with local communities to promote services and build partnerships.
  • Autonomously manage tasks, balancing office responsibilities with community engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and company procedures, collaborating with the team for efficient client intake.
  • Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections.
  • Represent the office in corporate planning and strategy meetings, facilitating consistent communication between staff and corporate.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Home care experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
