We are currently seeking a
Seminar Leader (m/f/d) in the field of youth, coaching, and counseling to join our team at the bfz Weiden location.

The position is available immediately and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, with the main office located in Tirschenreuth.

The position is initially limited.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing needsbased counseling, support, and guidance to youth and young adults
  • Acquiring internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities
  • Conducting teaching units
  • Performing administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. lesson planning)
  • Documenting individual work
  • Networking
  • Maintaining, implementing, and improving the quality management system
  • Organizing courses and administrative tasks

Your qualifications and skills:


  • Master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d), completed vocational training with teaching authorization, or university degree, preferably with professional experience in education and training
  • Knowledge of the education landscape and the various requirements in different fields of work is desirable
  • Experience in job application training is an advantage (including virtual training)
  • Experience in acquiring internships and in job placement and coaching for participants is desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Social skills
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation
  • Good computer skills and an interest in digitalization
