    What You'll Do:

    • As a Sales Engineer, you will represent LogScale and NG-SIEM to potential customers, taking charge of the technical aspect throughout the sales process.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, aiding them in discovering the benefits of LogScale and NG-SIEM, expanding their usage, and providing valuable feedback to our Product Management team.
    • Build trust by offering technical insights to potential customers, addressing their queries, showcasing capabilities, and outlining a technical vision for LogScale and NG-SIEM. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert on LogScale, supporting internal training on related platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams. Your role within the sales team is critical, as you provide updates on deals, identify prospects' needs, and translate these requirements into tangible benefits from LogScale and NG-SIEM, ultimately driving customer acquisition.
    • Contribute to defining and executing our go-to-market strategy by exploring new integrations, partnerships, and use cases. Your success in this position will significantly contribute to the global expansion of LogScale.

    What You'll Need:

    • We are seeking a team player with a strong customer focus, combined with technical, analytical, and sales capabilities.
    • Valuing teamwork, you should proactively address challenges and assist both external clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Essential experience in log management, SIEM, and XDR, encompassing data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, and validating security use cases.
    • Familiarity with Linux and Windows troubleshooting, data formats, programming languages, cloud concepts, and orchestration tools is beneficial.
    • Previous exposure to distributed data stores, data shipping services, cloud providers, SSO concepts, and container orchestration like Kubernetes. Participation in common sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role is advantageous.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excelling at adapting to change.
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative sales environment, coordinating closely with colleagues.
    • Consultative sales skills to challenge conventional thinking and evangelize technology, particularly in acquiring new accounts.
    • Highly motivated and professional, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, with a strong team spirit and problem-solving attitude.
