- Assist in the uplift of existing connections, working with customers' requirements to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Integration Solutions Architect to review maps and test case results prior to production deployment, ensuring adherence to a two-eyes principle for mutual support among system analysts.
- Support the Integrations Product Owner and other team members in project coordination and communication, ensuring alignment with project timelines and priorities.
- Maintain documentation related to integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring it is up to date and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of EDI and integration projects, documenting test cases, scenarios, and results to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Work in partnership with the Integration Solutions Architect, the Integrations Product Owner, and other team members to facilitate seamless collaboration and teamwork across integration projects.
- University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or business administration is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in EDI, demonstrating proficiency in interface, and mapping specifications, troubleshooting, and system support.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with SAP, with a strong understanding of iDocs.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with OpenText and IBM VANs, with a strong ability to work with existing trading partners successfully.
