The District Court of Neustadt a.d. Aisch is seeking to hire a
female court bailiff or
court assistant for training starting on July 1, 2023.


Due to practical reasons (conducting body searches on female court visitors), the position must be filled by a woman - in accordance with Section of the General Equal Treatment Act.

The civil servants of the court bailiff service perform a variety of tasks within the Bavarian justice system.


You will be responsible for:


  • Court attendance and escort duties during court hearings
  • Maintaining peace, order, and security within the court building
  • Providing information services and handling (including electronic) incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative tasks within the court (e.g. managing office and packaging materials, janitorial services)
The position is classified in pay group E 4 of the TV-Länder collective agreement.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, flexibility, teamwork abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

The employment contract is limited to 18 months in accordance with Section of the Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act.

Upon successful completion of the training, there is a possibility of being hired as a civil servant. However, there is no guarantee of being hired as a civil servant after completing the training.
