- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of individuals

- Strong psychosocial assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to build and sustain relations in the community
- Knowledge of community mental health and public health resources in order to provide advocacy
- Ability to communicate effectively to facilitate treatment and relay information to others as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to receive minimal supervision regarding use of time and able to prioritize work assignments
- Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Working knowledge and/or experience with crisis stabilization services
- Observing and assessing patients' behavior.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
- Supporting patients throughout the treatment process.
- Communicating with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
- Monitoring and recording treatment progress.
- Conducting assessments to determine patients' improvements.
- Maintaining patient records and treatment reports.
- Collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.
- A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in women's behavioral health, gynecological psychology, or perinatal mental health.
- Clinical experience working with women experiencing a range of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to gynecological conditions, women's wellness, and perinatal mental health.
- Understanding of women's health issues, reproductive health, and the impact of hormones on mental health.
- Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with women experiencing mental health challenges related to their gender-specific health issues.
- Ability to collaborate with gynecologists, obstetricians, and other healthcare providers to provide integrated care.
- Sensitivity to cultural and social factors that may influence women's mental health and healthcare decisions.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in behavioral health.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of women's behavioral health.
