Precision Dial is looking for a
General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business.

Precision Dial is a small silk screen printing business focused on the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft components conducted under 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop.

You will learn from the current president all aspects of the business to take over within 6 months to run and grow the business over the coming years.

You will oversee production, purchasing, inspection, shipping/receiving, finance and sales.

You will interact with both internal and external customers and Federal authorities at a high frequency and at multiple levels within the organization and will report to the CEO of the Parent Company UAS Holdings.

This is an amazing opportunity for an individual to take over a small business and thru hard work, learning and guidance can help grow the business into something much larger.

The GM will learn and own the revenue and cost elements of the company's profit & loss (P&L) as well as day-to-day oversight of the business.

Oversee all marketing and sales functions and provide effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desired growth results for the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset that wants to learn and lead a small business into a much larger business.
• Oversee Maintenance Repair and Overhaul work conducted under 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop.
• Demonstrate operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture thru lean principles.
• Oversee and provide leadership to the overall business.
• Coach, develop and engage teams to create seamless operations to maximize productivity.
• Manages capacity, demand, & inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Drive a proactive quality mindset and production process.
• Lead sales and marketing activity to grow the business.
• Implement process flow using best practices across operations and supply chain using an ERP/MRP process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• May be required to perform additional duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop
• 5 years prior aerospace or Silk Screen industry experience
• Silk Screening, Printing, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics & Quality experience
• Certifications & demonstrated abilities of continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
• Able to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership.
• Ability to recruit, develop and engage a team profitably and grow.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and lead.
• Experience building effective teams.
• Practical experience with Continuous Improvement Tools
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or green card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

• Silk Screen or Printing
• Experience with 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop
• High Scholl Diploma or bachelor's degree
• Entrepreneurial mindset
