Old Orchard is seeking a full-time, permanent IT Support / IT Hotline / IT Helpdesk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team.

This position offers the option to work remotely.

As part of our Technical Support team, you will assist various real estate companies in optimizing their use of onOffice's CRM software.

This includes configuring the software to meet individual needs, troubleshooting issues, and installing new features.

For over 20 years, onOffice has been a leader in digitalizing the real estate industry in Europe with our innovative software for real estate agents.

As an IT Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), you will be the personal point of contact for our customers. Working together with our team of specialists, you will find solutions for individual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include providing customer advice, 1st and 2nd level support, CRM software support, website support, IT project organization, training, and complaint management.
