We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Rohammad Sims State Farm in Chicago.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with personalized solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct indepth consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
- Present and explain insurance policies and products to clients, recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy changes.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of State Farm insurance products is a bonus.
