Swoon Staffing's largest Healthcare client is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Rep who is comfortable in a fast - paced environment making as many as 80 combined outbound AND inbound calls per day to various health benefit members, health insurance providers, and physician offices.

Contract Duration: 7 months

Hourly Rate: $16.25/hr

Location: HYBRID in Lake Mary, FL office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
Understands simple instructions and procedures.
Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
Entry point into professional roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 - 3 years of Customer Service experience in Healthcare highly preferred.
High School Diploma REQUIRED.
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
Candidate MUST have high - speed internet during remote work days (5 mpbs per upload, 10 mbps per download)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
MUST be able to work a flexible schedule
Organized, self - starter, solid attention to detail
