Location: 18 Campus Blvd., Ste. 210, Newtown Square, PA (onsite required)

Job Description and Responsibility:
- Management of printing and shipping tasks for appeal submissions
- Scan appeal documents into the internal systems
- Update client and internal systems of shipment details
- Monitor packages are delivered in a timely manner
- Crosstrained on various functions within the department such as case entry support, Peer to Peer support and appeals support
- Other responsibilities as requested by management
Requirements/Skills:
- 1+ years in an office setting, mailroom, or call center.
- Basic excel skills. You will need to know how to open a workbook, enter information, copy and past and do basic formulas such as adding and subtracting.
- Should be able to type at least 20wpm with an accuracy rate of 90%
- Detailoriented
- Works independently but is a team player. You will work in an office environment with your teammates.
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential.
- Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 15 lbs
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
May be expected to sit at a desk for long hours. Repetitive movement of hands and fingers - typing and/or writing. Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Ability to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
