    Oracle Senior Instructional Designer


    We're looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop training solutions for a diverse, global audience, to join our team within the Health Compliance Organization. As a senior instructional designer, you'll create learning solutions that enable employees to deliver top-notch healthcare products and services, representing learning programs in audits to demonstrate workforce competency.

    Responsibilities - Role and Responsibilities:

    • Apply adult learning and learner-centric development knowledge to design engaging learning solutions.
    • Create web-based trainings, job aids, and other learning materials on health regulations and job-specific processes/tools.
    • Develop strong relationships with subject matter experts to create informed content for a global audience.
    • Manage projects from start to finish, including designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions.
    • Represent the health compliance learning program in audits and maintain training documentation.
    • Help set standards for the Health Compliance Learning program.
    • Coach and mentor new team members in instructional design processes.


    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of learning design and development experience.
    • Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
    • Background in Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
    • Experience in simplifying complex concepts visually.
    • Desire to coach and mentor team members in instructional design.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a highly regulated industry.
    • Experience with evaluating learning effectiveness.
    • Industry certification in adult learning, instructional design, or project management.

    Hiring Range:

    Salary ranges between $70,600 to $141,300 per annum, with bonus and equity potential.
