For our main office, IT department, we are looking for a

IT Procurement Team Coordinator (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible. The position is full-time (100%) and classified in pay group 9b TVöD. In addition, an IT specialist allowance will be paid.

Your tasks will include:
Coordinating the IT procurement team
Budget responsibility for all department budgets
Preparing the budget plan and future financial plan values
Conducting and overseeing limited, public and European tenders
Purchasing IT items
License and contract management
Processing invoices
Conducting trainings

You convince with the following profile:
Completed training as an IT system salesman/woman, IT specialist, business informatics specialist or comparable education with professional experience in the IT field
Experience in procurement
Experience in license and contract management and procurement law is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willingness to independently and proactively familiarize oneself with new topics
