The Administrative Community of Uehlfeld, consisting of three member municipalities (Gerhardshofen, Dachsbach, and Uehlfeld) with a total of approximately inhabitants and two school associations, in the district of Neustadt a.d.Aisch - Bad Windsheim, is seeking for the next possible starting datea

Personnel Officer (m/f/d).

The employment is either part-time (30 hours/week) or full-time (39 hours/week) initially limited for the duration of parental leave, with the option of subsequent permanent employment.

Your main tasks include:

  • Processing of personnel matters for salaried employees (TVöD-VKA) and civil servants (BayBG, KWBG) in the Administrative Community of Uehlfeld and in the kindergartens and municipal yards of the member municipalities
  • Processing of monthly payroll and other settlements (e.g. travel expense reports)
  • Master data entry and maintenance in the payroll program (AKDB OK.PWS) and time management system (ZEUS)
  • Contact person for employees and mayors with advice on collective bargaining and labor law issues
