The ALVG Equipment Rental GmbH is looking for a Clerk in Contract Management (m/f/d) in Silo, OK.

As a Senior Clerk (m/f/d) in Contract Management at ALVG, you will work in a team on exciting deals. Your tasks:

Processing and managing leasing engagements in close cooperation with the sales department
Written and telephone coordination with dealers & customers for contract processing
Sales support for customer & partner meetings
Systematic recording of contract documents & invoices
Conducting workflowbased approvals & contract acceptances
Reviewing & controlling payout requirements, issuing payment approvals, and ensuring the plausibility & activation of leasing & hire purchase contracts
Independent maintenance of master data and inventory management
Participation in the further development of our numerous workflows in ERP, CRM & DMS, as well as businessrelated projects
Development, implementation, and consultation of / in test & implementation processes
Structuring, organizing, optimizing & ensuring smooth processes and ALVG manual documentation

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with 3 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in the leasing sector
Independent & structured way of working combined with analytical
