About us

Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of records and databases
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
  • Provide support to other team members as needed Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.


Pay:
$40, $49,081.00 per year
