    Part-Time General Dentist Opportunity Job Description:


    Mid America Health (MAH) is currently seeking a Part Time General Dentist to join our team This position is for 2-6 days per month, Monday-Friday, working on average from 7 am to 5 pm seeing 15-18 patients per day.

    The days can be flexible to fit your schedule but must be Monday through Friday.

    This position is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to the patients of local rehabilitation centers in a 2- hour radius of Louisville, KY.

    All supplies, equipment and support staff are provided.

    This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dentist interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting, a new grad looking for alternatives to private practice, or a retired-but-not-retired Dentist looking to continue putting their skills to work.

    Mid America Health offers competitive compensation of $1000 per day.


    • Compensation of $1000 per day
    • No weekend or evening hours as well as a 401k
    • An active KY Dental License, and current CPR for Healthcare Providers is required for this opportunity
    • Malpractice is provided
    • Must have Medicaid Provider Number
    • Must be willing to travel within a 2-hour radius of Louisville, KY

    • Limited Oral Exams
    • X-rays
    • Extractions (Simple and surgical, including root tip removal)

    • Proficiency in all of the areas listed above
    • Current Kentucky Dental License
    • Medicaid Provider Number
    • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
