- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in institutional client partner roles within financial services or technology.
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the crypto and blockchain industry.
- Adaptable to the dynamic environment of a high-growth organization.
- Proven experience in relationship management for institutional clients, engaging with various levels of leadership.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments, stakeholders, and clients.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure.
- Experience in start-up environments.
- Proficiency with Agile management tools and CRM software for effective reporting and dashboard development.
