    Financial Management

    · Post all accounts payable invoices.

    · Bi-weekly payroll entry, automated preparation, and distribution.

    · Regular reconciliation of supplier statements with accounts payable records

    · Monthly reconciliation of bank statements (one active account, several with few to no transactions)

    · Preparation of monthly Florida Sales Tax reports

    · Month end closing of accounting system and preparation of month end financial reports including Income Statement and Balance Sheet plus supporting schedules.

    · Ongoing filing of various accounting documents related to the above

    · Interface with suppliers as needed to resolve matters that may come up

    · Monitoring of financial investments and monthly reporting

    · Other non-recurring miscellaneous matters related to the maintenance of the accounting system.

    · Preparation and circulation of ad hoc financial reports.

    · Assistance with the preparation of the annual budget

    · Act as liaison with the auditors regarding the annual audited financial statements and related matters

    Office Administration

    · Oversee and manage all contractors.

    · Oversee facilities maintenance and security.

    · Manage office and staff.

    Human Resources Management

    · Staffing/Terminating

    · Employee Compensation

    · Employee Benefits

    Complete other duties as assigned.
