    Description


    Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ, Kennesaw, GA and Richmond, VA.

    This is a 12 + month contract position.


    Responsibilities:
    Work within an environment to deliver quality enterprise class solutions to Application SMEs, Product Managers as well as Service Delivery team members


    Requirements:


    Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent educational experience10+ years with extensive Engineering experience with Microsoft Exchange, preferably 2016 and years experience with core Microsoft Exchange technologies such as DAG clustering, RBAC security, Directory Sites, DNS/F5, routing configurations, Transport Rules10+ years experience using and developing using Microsoft PowerShell (4/5)Strong proficiency with industry wide core email technologies and SMTPStrong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with the Application Development Process (business modeling, data modeling, process modeling and flowcharting, application generation, and testing and turnover) as well as enterprise software design concepts (flowcharting, design patterns, object-oriented programming, deployment process, and test plan development)Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active DirectoryDemonstratable track record of success with complex automation projects using Windows PowerShellDemonstratable ability to debug PowerShell scripting issues, create test plans, participate in testing reviews, and resolve moderate defectsDemonstratable ability to document existing PowerShell codeSound understanding of test-driven development (TDD) practice using PesterExperience with Windows desktop & servers, registry management, process management, file I/O operations, networking, etc.

    Microsoft PowerShell 4/5 script and module developmentDeep understanding of Exchange email in large enterprise environmentsSelf-starter, critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular requirements yet see things holistically and strategicallyEffectively contribute to design and development of solutions through the entire product lifecycleEffective at time management, prioritization, and project management to deliver quality solutions on timeStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Microsoft PowerShellAbility to shift and pivot with changing responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication, able to communicate effectively with an emphasis on ensuring understanding of technical matters by non-technical decision makersComfortable participating in a highly collaborative team across multiple regions


    Desired skills:
    Experience with enterprise authentication mechanisms including domain authentication, OAuth/Modern Authentication, KerberosKnowledge of Microsoft web technologies including Exchange Web ServicesUnderstanding of Financial Regulatory, Legal and Compliance requirementsUnderstanding of Microsoft Graph and other emerging Email APIsFamiliarity with C#, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSSUnderstanding of Change management (Jira) and version control (Bitbucket)


    Pay Range:
    $ $68.24
