- Conduct cost analyses and summarize findings and conclusions, based on large amounts of data.
- Participate in team and client discussions and ensure key takeaways are captured.
- Prepare benchmarking studies on specific topics.
- Assist in managing procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Manage project logistics and support the Manager in the day-to-day organization of meetings.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with project needs and company objectives.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors under the guidance of senior procurement managers.
- Contribute to analyzing market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to support informed decision-making.
- A Junior, Senior or Graduate student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or Strategy (or related field)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
