- Aggregate, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Create executive-level presentations and decks for CEO and CFO, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the executive team in preparation for quarterly board meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the industrial manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to aggregate, analyze, and interpret large datasets accurately and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership or board members is a plus.
- Previous experience with implementing an ERP system.
