- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
- Partner to implement and drive utilization of financial software tools and systems to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various systems and reports.
- Contribute to data cleansing and validation efforts to enhance the quality of financial information.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units and finance managers.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify potential areas of resource efficiency.
- Build and update financial models to analyze business scenarios and assess their impact on financial performance.
- Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department, leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools (, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate e fectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven SAAS environment.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
